Deck overview

This Commander deck is a five-color Superfriends control strategy piloted by Esika, God of the Tree // The Prismatic Bridge. The deck's primary game plan revolves around ramping through early turns to deploy The Prismatic Bridge by turn 4. Once operational on turn 5, the Bridge cheats powerful planeswalkers and legendary bombs directly onto the battlefield without paying mana costs. The deck leverages planeswalker loyalty synergies with cards like Oath of Teferi, The Chain Veil, Ichormoon Gauntlet, and Doubling Season to quickly reach game-ending ultimate abilities. It controls opposing boards using one-sided or asymmetric board wipes like Ruinous Ultimatum, Cyclonic Rift, and Ugin, the Spirit Dragon. Opponents are steadily choked out through repeated removal, card advantage, and lethal swings from flying Dragon tokens generated by Sarkhan the Masterless or Soldier armies from Elspeth, Sun's Champion.
