Sauron New Bisd v.1.0 by user7098945

Format: Commander

Commander: Sauron, the Dark Lord

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Sauron, the Dark Lord leads a Grixis midrange reanimation deck that uses its commander as a repeatable, four-card wheel. Accelerate into Sauron with artifacts and Dark Ritual, attack to tempt the Ring, then discard a hand full of reanimation targets to draw four. Victimize, Living Death, and Phyrexian Reclamation turn the graveyard into a second hand, while big threats like Archon of Cruelty and Grave Titan close games. Bloodletter of Aclazotz doubles combat damage and drain on your turn, and a counterspell-heavy shell with free interaction protects both the board and the combo-ish attack turns. The deck has no infinite combo; it wins through overwhelming value, reanimation, and one massive combat step.
