Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue control and combo strategy led by Wan Shi Tong, Librarian. The game plan revolves around developing mana acceleration, controlling the stack with efficient counterspells and bounces, and drawing cards whenever opponents search their libraries or cast spells. Early turns focus on establishing mana rocks like Arcane Signet and Sapphire Medallion alongside card advantage engines such as Rhystic Study and cantrips. Mid-game turns leverage forced-shuffle effects like Ghost Quarter, Field of Ruin, and Extract to grow Wan Shi Tong while refilling the hand. The deck transitions into a win through compact infinite mana combinations, primarily Deadeye Navigator paired with Peregrine Drake or Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal. Once infinite mana is established, the deck draws its entire library, establishes a sorcery-speed lock with Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir, bounces opposing boards with Cyclonic Rift, and exiles all opposing libraries using a repeatable Reality Shift and Archaeomancer loop.
