Deck overview

This deck is a Golgari aristocrats combo list led by Ygra, Eater of All. Ygra's static ability turns all other creatures on the battlefield into Food artifacts, bridging token generation, artifact mechanics, and traditional death triggers. The core game plan focuses on ramping during turns 1 through 3 to cast Ygra on Turn 4, then assembling a game-winning aristocrats loop on Turn 5. The primary finish relies on Experimental Confectioner paired with a free sacrifice outlet like Ashnod's Altar or Phyrexian Altar. Because Ygra ensures that every 1/1 Rat created by Confectioner is also a Food artifact, sacrificing the Rat immediately generates another Rat, infinite colorless or colored mana, and arbitrary +1/+1 counters on Ygra. With an aristocrat piece such as Marionette Apprentice, Bastion of Remembrance, or Mirkwood Bats on the board, this loop drains the entire table in a single turn. Strong interaction like Deadly Rollick and Force of Vigor clears opposing roadblocks.
