Deck overview

This is an Izzet spellslinger deck helmed by Vivi Ornitier, built around a single-turn chain of noncreature spells that escalates Vivi's power, generates mana, and drains opponents. The primary win condition is a storm-style turn where a critical mass of cantrips, rituals, and draw-pinging enchantments (Curiosity, Ophidian Eye) fuel each other, with Niv-Mizzet, Visionary and Harmonic Prodigy multiplying the payoff. Underworld Breach provides recursion to lengthen the chain, and Brain Freeze offers a mill alternative. The deck packs premium free counterspells and an exceptionally dense instant-speed interaction suite, making it highly resilient on the stack while it builds its kill.
