Captain N'ghathrod leads a Dimir Horror-mill deck that wins by emptying libraries with combat damage and mill doublers. The primary plan is to field a board of Horrors, attack with menace, and stack mill triggers from the commander; the end-step trigger also steals the best creature milled that turn. Secondary paths are Bruvac the Grandiloquent acting as a hidden commander, doubling every mill effect, and The Mindskinner converting combat damage into mass mill for all opponents. Phenax, God of Deception, landfall crabs, and Mesmeric Orb provide non-combat mill, while Reanimate, Hostage Taker, and Endless Evil generate value. The deck closes with Bruvac-plus-Mindskinner attacks, Syr Konrad punishment triggers, or Singularity Rupture.
