Commander: Admiral Beckett Brass

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Admiral Beckett Brass leads a Pirate-tribal game that combines wide, evasive combat with a steal subtheme. She is a lord for every other Pirate, and her end-step trigger rewards connecting with three Pirates in one combat by stealing a nonland permanent. The deck is clearly built around that trigger, while the Malcolm/Breeches pair in the 99 acts as a hidden commander engine, converting Pirate damage into Treasures and castable exiled cards. The main plan is incremental swarm damage accelerated by Shared Animosity, Port Razer, and Angrath's Marauders. Secondary paths include theft-value through Don Andres and Hostage Taker, plus a Revel in Riches treasure win after Blood Money. Without Beckett, the Pirate core still attacks and steals, but loses its best pump and permanent-steal payoff.
