Deck overview

This deck combines Dimir spellslinger velocity with Wraith typal aggression under Lord of the Nazgûl. The strategy accelerates into its commander by Turn 4 using two-mana artifacts and Sol Ring. Once the commander resolves, every instant and sorcery creates a 3/3 black Wraith creature token with menace. Low-cost cantrips and interaction efficiently churn through the library while expanding the board without consuming excessive mana. The deck runs nine copies of Nazgûl, which repeatedly trigger the Ring tempts you mechanic to place +1/+1 counters on the entire Wraith army. High-impact draw engines like Archmage Emeritus, Kindred Discovery, and The One Ring ensure a full grip throughout the mid-game. By Turn 6, the deck achieves a commanding board state and uses asymmetric sweepers such as Raise the Palisade or the commander's 9/9 base power trigger to overwhelm the table in combat by Turn 7.
