Deck overview

This is a mono-white go-wide deck built around Apothecary White. The commander turns attacks into Foods, then converts those Foods into Human tokens. The deck compounds that board with Adeline, Resplendent Cathar, Horn of Gondor, Wedding Announcement, Cathars' Crusade, Thalia's Lieutenant, and other Human payoffs. Its strongest games establish the commander by turn 4, begin producing tokens on turn 5, and present a large must-answer board around turn 7. It then wins through several combat steps rather than a compact combo. Defensive cards such as Ghostly Prison, Sphere of Safety, and Baird, Steward of Argive discourage attacks, while Flawless Maneuver and Clever Concealment protect against sweepers. The main limitations are limited card selection, few early accelerants, dependence on combat, and substantial exposure to creature and enchantment removal. The deck is resilient enough for ordinary multiplayer games but is not built for cEDH-speed interaction or wins.
