Deck overview

This is a Rakdos spellslinger burn deck helmed by Tor Wauki the Younger. The primary game plan is to cast a high volume of instants and sorceries, leveraging Tor's passive to amplify each noncombat damage source by +1 and his triggered ability to ping any target for 2 damage on each spell cast. The deck aims to burn out all opponents through a mix of cheap, repeatable burn spells, card advantage engines like Necropotence, and big finishers such as Sorin's Vengeance and Prisoner's Dilemma. Secondary combat damage from equipment like Sword of Fire and Ice and Sword of Hearth and Home provides additional reach and value. The commander is the central damage multiplier, but the deck can still function as a traditional burn pile without him, albeit at reduced efficiency.
