Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Izzet Voltron and artifact cheat strategy led by Tony Stark // The Invincible Iron Man. The early game focuses on deploying efficient mana rocks and using Tony Stark's front-face activated ability to dig four cards deep for heavy Equipment payoffs. On Turn 5, the deck pays six mana to transform Tony Stark into The Invincible Iron Man, an evasive 5/5 flyer with haste that cheats massive artifacts such as Colossus Hammer, Kaldra Compleat, Argentum Armor, and Genji Glove directly onto the battlefield attached at combat. By stacking combat steps with cards like Hexplate Wallbreaker and Akki Battle Squad, the deck converts high base stats and double strike into rapid commander damage eliminations. Robust defensive Equipment like Commander's Plate, Mithril Coat, and Conqueror's Flail shields the commander from interaction, while backup threats like Godo, Bandit Warlord and Urza, Lord High Artificer ensure resilience.
