Deck overview

This is a Sultai Equipment-Voltron list helmed by Kotis, the Fangkeeper, a 2/1 indestructible body that exiles the top X of an opponent's library on combat damage and lets you cast those spells for free. The 99 is built to land him on curve, suit him from a 16-piece Equipment package, force a connection, and snowball by slamming the table's own cards. There are no infinite combos; wins come from commander damage and the permanents Kotis steals. Genji Glove, Colossus Hammer, Leyline Axe, and Helm of the Host are the real finishers, while Swiftfoot Boots, Shadowspear, Pym Particles, and Kaito, Cunning Infiltrator exist to make a 2-power commander actually connect. A dense land-search suite plus 56 lands makes the four-mana commander trivial to cast, but that same manabase starves the deck of gas. Kotis is both the win condition and the card-advantage engine; the 99 cannot meaningfully replace the steal trigger.
