Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos Dragon Tribal midrange list that pairs Ganax, Astral Hunter with the Background Haunted One. Ganax accelerates mana by generating Treasure tokens whenever dragons enter the battlefield, while Haunted One grants all dragons +2/+0 and undying whenever Ganax becomes tapped. The deck curves early ramp into mid-game aerial threats, using the undying ability to attack aggressively while insulating its board against destruction-based sweepers. High-impact dragons such as Terror of the Peaks, Lathliss, Dragon Queen, and Utvara Hellkite multiply power and burn down life totals. Asymmetric board wipes like Crux of Fate and Breath Weapon clear opposing creature boards while leaving the dragon flight untouched. The deck wins by overwhelming opponents in combat across turns 6 and 7.
