Kefka, Dancing Mad is the end-step payoff of a red-black 'cast from exile' deck that uses looting, symmetric mill, chaos effects, and theft to stock graveyards and fire off free spells. The primary plan is to resolve Kefka, fill opposing graveyards with Mindwrack Harpy, Locke, and discard/mill effects, then turn her end-step trigger into a burst of free spells that trigger Keeper of Secrets, Nico Minoru, Nalfeshnee, and the commander's own life-loss drain. Secondary paths are Plargg and Nassari's upkeep free casts, Breach the Multiverse reanimation, and Exquisite Blood/Mindcrank incremental drain. There is no deterministic infinite loop; most wins come from one large multi-spell turn or an overwhelming stolen board.
