Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos Group Slug and Wheels strategy that turns symmetrical card draw and standard game actions into lethal life loss for opponents. Led by Valki, God of Lies // Tibalt, Cosmic Impostor, the deck utilizes Valki for early hand disruption and creature theft, while holding the planeswalker side as a late-game value engine. The primary game plan deploys draw-punishing permanents like Underworld Dreams, Fate Unraveler, Spiteful Visions, and Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, followed by mass wheel effects like Wheel of Fortune, Reforge the Soul, and Dark Deal to deal massive burst damage across the entire table simultaneously. Complementary tax pieces such as Polluted Bonds, Citadel of Pain, and Maddening Hex chip away at opposing life totals for playing lands and casting spells. The deck also includes deterministic combo lines such as Exquisite Blood combined with Sanguine Bond or Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose to end games instantly.
