Commander: Rendmaw, Creaking Nest

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This Golgari deck harnesses Rendmaw, Creaking Nest to flood the board with goaded 2/2 Bird tokens whenever you play dual-type cards such as artifact creatures, enchantment creatures, or kindred spells. These goaded Birds force opponents to attack each other while whittling life totals. The strategy capitalizes on the crowded board with group-slug payoffs like Blood Seeker and Poison-Tip Archer, mass card draw through Shamanic Revelation and Toski, Bearer of Secrets, and symmetrical sweepers like Culling Ritual. You close out the game by breaking the parity with Overwhelming Stampede, Beastmaster Ascension, March of the World Ooze, or Massacre Wurm.
