Deck overview

This is a Golgari aristocrats deck helmed by Ygra, Eater of All, which turns every creature on the battlefield into a Food artifact. The primary game plan is to generate a steady stream of creature tokens, sacrifice them through free outlets, and drain opponents with death-trigger payoffs like Blood Artist and Zulaport Cutthroat. Ygra itself grows massive from each Food death, providing an alternate combat win condition. The deck also packs several infinite combos-most notably Gravecrawler + Phyrexian Altar + a drain effect-that can end the game on the spot. Edict effects like Grave Pact and Dictate of Erebos keep the board clear while the sacrifice engine runs. The deck is resilient through recursion (Reassembling Skeleton, Bloodghast) and multiple overlapping combo lines, though it lacks the tutors to find them reliably.
