Deck overview

This list is an optimized competitive Commander (cEDH) tempo-combo deck commanded by Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow. The primary strategy leverages cheap, evasive attackers such as Changeling Outcast and Ornithopter to cheat Yuriko onto the battlefield via Commander ninjutsu on Turn 2. This creates uncounterable commander deployment that circumvents commander tax while drawing cards and pressuring opponent life totals with high-mana-value flip payoffs like Temporal Trespass and modal double-faced cards. The deck rapidly transitions into a compact, protected combo finish with Thassa's Oracle and Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact by Turn 3. Backed by a dense suite of zero-mana counterspells, efficient removal, and top-tier tutors, the deck excels at interacting on opposing turns while assembling an immediate table-wide win.
