Obeka, Splitter of Seconds by exodious13

Format: Commander

Commander: Obeka, Splitter of Seconds

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Obeka, Splitter of Seconds is the engine that turns one attack into several extra upkeep steps. The primary plan is to make Obeka unblockable, connect, then use upkeep-triggering permanents to burn, drain, copy, and out-value the table in a single turn. The secondary plan is Mechanized Production on an artifact, accelerated by extra upkeeps until the eight-copy win condition fires. Supporting routes include the monarch Courts, Extravagant Replication, and suspend-based spell advantage from Jhoira of the Ghitu, who acts as a hidden commander by setting up delayed free casts for the same upkeep windows. Without Obeka the deck still works as a slower-value/monarch deck, but the burst completion is directly tied to her.
