Varina of the Fell Seminar by ziopresty

Format: Commander

Commander: Varina, Lich Queen

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Esper Zombie tribal deck swarms the board and wins through combat backed by drain triggers. Varina, Lich Queen drives the engine, turning each Zombie attack into loot and life and later making tokens from the graveyard. The main plan builds anthems and wide boards with Diregraf Colossus, Undead Warchief and Lord of the Undead, then closes with Wayward Servant, Diregraf Captain and Plague Belcher drains or Noxious Ghoul control. Secondary paths use graveyard loops with Mikaeus, the Unhallowed, Grimgrin, Corpse-Born, Gravecrawler and Carrion Feeder, doubled by Necroduality and made free by Rooftop Storm. Rooftop Storm and Mikaeus act as hidden commanders for combo turns.
