Vivi storm by Lellombrello

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This UR spellslinger deck is built around Vivi Ornitier as both a mana battery and a burn engine. The primary plan is to land Vivi early, grow her with cheap cantrips, then use her activation plus rituals to chain many noncreature spells while Veyran, Fiery Inscription, and Guttersnipe turn each spell into 10 damage per opponent. Niv-Mizzet, Parun is the hidden commander: with Curiosity or Tandem Lookout it becomes an immediate loop kill. Secondary paths use Underworld Breach with Brain Freeze or Mizzix's Mastery to create large storm turns. The commander is important but not the only engine; the deck can win through Niv or pure pinger storm if Vivi is answered.
