Earthbending Wakanda by JDizzleDante

Format: Commander

Commander: Black Panther, Wakandan King

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Selesnya +1/+1-counter deck built around the **Earthbend** mechanic: creatures and spells such as Badgermole Cub, Avatar Kyoshi, Earthbender, The Boulder, Ready to Rumble, and Toph, Earthbending Master turn lands into 0/0 creature-lands seeded with counters. Black Panther, Wakandan King then moves those counters onto a real creature, turning a land-battery into a massive attacker while gaining life and drawing a card. The plan is multiplier-driven: Kami of Whispered Hopes, Solid Ground, Michelangelo, Weirdness to 11, Benevolent Hydra, and especially Bristly Bill, Spine Sower turn a small counter stack into a lethal one. Winning is combat-oriented - a huge trample/unblockable strike enabled by Champion of Lambholt and Badgermole, a go-wide token wave from Avenger of Zendikar/Felidar Retreat, or a one-shot poison kill from Inkmoth Nexus. There are no infinite combos; the deck grinds out inevitability through counter multiplication.
