Deck overview

Sisay, Weatherlight Captain commands a high-velocity five-color legendary toolbox combo deck. The deck accelerates using fast mana artifacts and multi-color dorks like Bloom Tender and Faeburrow Elder to reach Sisay's five-color activation cost quickly. Once operational, Sisay acts as an on-demand tutor that puts legendary permanents directly from the library onto the battlefield. The primary win condition tutors Derevi, Empyrial Tactician to untap mana sources, followed by Emiel the Blessed to establish infinite mana. Sisay then pulls the entire legendary creature suite into play, gives the team haste with Samut, Voice of Dissent, and closes the game in a single combat step via Finale of Devastation. An independent two-card infinite combo with Saheeli Rai and Felidar Guardian provides a clean backup line. Backed by free countermagic, Plaza of Heroes, and tutorable silence effects like Kutzil, Malamet Exemplar, the deck pairs explosive speed with robust protection.
