Deck overview

This deck is a Spite Control and Combo strategy led by Nin, the Pain Artist. The game plan revolves around turning damage into massive card advantage and direct player damage. Nin targets indestructible creatures like Brash Taunter and Stuffy Doll, or enrage creatures like Body of Knowledge and Donna Noble, drawing large batches of fresh cards while dealing damage to opponents. The deck controls the board using efficient Izzet spot removal and high-damage sweepers such as Blasphemous Act and Chain Reaction, which deal devastating damage to opponents through Repercussion or spite reflectors. It closes games decisively using the infinite ping-draw loop of Niv-Mizzet, Parun equipped with Curiosity, or through massive burn bursts backed by Psychosis Crawler. Supported by dense 1-to-2 mana ramp and reliable countermagic, the deck transitions smoothly from board control into a fast, protected finish.
