Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Sultai mutate-Voltron build whose engine is Kotis, the Fangkeeper. The primary plan is to cast Kotis early, mutate large non-Humans on top (Gemrazer, Archipelagore, Auspicious Starrix), and punch through with unblockable/horsemanship effects (Rogue's Passage, Thassa, Sun Quan, Key to the City). Each hit exiles cards and lets you free-cast spells, generating massive card and board advantage. Clone support (Sakashima, Spark Double, Vesuvan Duplimancy) supplies second Kotis triggers, while Rancor, Leyline Axe, and Power Fist turn the stack into a fast commander-damage clock. The deck has no one-turn combo and no hidden commander; it wins by repeated evasive combat, with Kotis's trigger as the value engine.
