Commander: Vihaan, Goldwaker

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Vihaan, Goldwaker is a Mardu Treasure-combat deck. The primary plan is to generate a critical mass of Treasures, animate them with Vihaan into 3/3 Construct Assassins, and kill through combat, with drain/ping payoffs such as Mayhem Devil, Nadier's Nightblade, Marionette Master, and Smaug the Magnificent as secondary paths. The commander is the combat enabler: he gives outlaws haste and vigilance and turns Treasures into attackers, but the deck can still win without him through the Mayhem Devil + Smaug the Impenetrable loop or Marionette Master. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built around Vihaan's single face.
