Commander: Animar, Soul of Elements

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Temur Animar, Soul of Elements creature-storm and +1/+1 counters deck that turns the commander into a living cost-reducer. Every creature cast grows Animar, which then makes the next creature cheaper, snowballing into free Eldrazi, cascade bombs, and X-spells. Primary wins come from combat with oversized bodies (Overwhelming Stampede, annihilator Eldrazi, Chandra's Ignition) and from the classic Ancestral Statue loop once Animar is large enough to cast it for free. Secondary paths include Simic Ascendancy draining growth counters into a win and Warstorm Surge turning every enter-the-battlefield body into table-wide damage. The deck is light on true tutors and stack interaction, relying instead on dense ramp, counter multipliers, and the sheer volume of creatures Animar enables.
