Don’t Hug Me, I’m Scared by tends2forget

Format: Commander

Commander: Ms. Bumbleflower

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Bant group-hug/pillowfort control deck helmed by Ms. Bumbleflower. The core plan is to deploy a wall of attack deterrents - Ghostly Prison, Propaganda, Windborn Muse, and Archangel of Tithes - backed by a fog suite, then grind out overwhelming card advantage by casting two spells per turn to trigger Bumbleflower's second-cast draw. That flow is supercharged by Teferi's Ageless Insight, The Council of Four, and The Unagi of Kyoshi Island. The win conditions are slow and deliberate: either a Jace, Wielder of Mysteries self-mill once the library is churned through, or a combat kill with huge flying +1/+1 counter creatures like Managorger Hydra, Chasm Skulker, and Forgotten Ancient. The deck trades cards to opponents (Bumbleflower's trigger, Selvala, Explorer Returned, Tenuous Truce) in true group-hug fashion, converting generosity into symmetry-breaking draw and board presence.
