Witch King Reanimator by ArtyMaus

Format: Commander

Commander: Witch-king of Angmar

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-black Witch-king deck is a grindy reanimator and drain deck, not a Wraith tribal aggro deck. It uses Buried Alive, Entomb, and tutors to fill the graveyard with Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Kokusho the Evening Star, Massacre Wurm, and Archon of Cruelty, then returns them repeatedly with Reanimate, Animate Dead, Necromancy, Victimize, and Living Death for incremental life drain. Cabal Coffers, Crypt Ghast, Nykthos, and cost reducers power large Exsanguinates. The Witch-king is a defensive deterrent that forces sacrifices when you are hit and tempts the Ring to grow Nazgul, while K'rrik and Razaketh act as hidden engines that accelerate mana and tutoring.
