Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Izzet spellslinger storm list helmed by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi acts as both a primary win condition and an explosive ritual engine in the command zone. The deck curves into Vivi by Turn 3 and looks to storm off on Turn 4. It leverages low-cost cantrips, rituals, and cost reducers to scale Vivi's power, generate large amounts of colored mana, and trigger ping damage on every noncreature cast. Card draw engines like Curiosity turn Vivi's damage into triple draws per spell, enabling near-limitless spell velocity. Secondary engines such as Archmage Emeritus, Storm-Kiln Artist, and Birgi, God of Storytelling // Harnfel, Horn of Bounty keep mana and cards flowing. The deck concludes the game in a single explosive turn using infinite buyback loops with Haze of Rage, lethal burn multipliers like Guttersnipe and Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph, or a massive Cyclonic Rift into wide combat swings.
