Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos midrange strategy centered on Valki, God of Lies // Tibalt, Cosmic Impostor. In the opening turns, the deck utilizes cheap mana artifacts and Valki's front face to disrupt opposing hands and steal early creature identities. As the game transitions into the midgame, the deck aims to reach 7 mana to cast Tibalt, establishing an emblem that exiles cards from all libraries and casts them using mana of any color. Backing up the commander are powerful attrition pieces and combat threats, including Archfiend of Depravity, Slash, Reptile Rampager, and Kardur, Doomscourge, which control opposing boards and direct combat away from your life total. The deck closes games through compounded card advantage from stolen spells, incremental burn triggers, and large creature attacks over several turn cycles.
