Deck overview

Kinnan is the deck's accelerant and its primary combo engine: whenever a nonland permanent is tapped for mana, Kinnan adds an extra mana, immediately allowing Basalt Monolith to produce infinite colorless. The main plan is to rush Kinnan out, assemble Basalt Monolith, and use Thrasios-the hidden commander in the 99-as a mana sink to draw the deck, then finish with Finale of Devastation for massive haste-beatdown. Backup lines use Hullbreaker Horror and Tidespout Tyrant to bounce permanents in artifact-cast loops, while flash-speed value from copy effects and countermagic keeps the deck relevant if the combo is stopped. The list is a compact, turbo-tutor Simic combo deck with a controlling late-game.
