Format: Commander

Commander: Yue, the Moon Spirit

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Yue, the Moon Spirit is the deck's free-cast engine. The primary plan is to develop a spellslinger board, pay Waterbend by tapping artifacts and creatures, then cheat out high-cost value spells and token engines; Talrand, Shark Typhoon and similar effects turn every noncreature spell into flying attackers. The secondary plan is a combat finish with Yue wearing Blackblade Reforged and Super State, making each hit damage every opponent simultaneously. The deck has no hidden commander; it is built around Yue. Interaction is dense (counterspells, bounce) but there are no infinite combos, so most games end through a sequence of attacks after assembling the Waterbend payoffs.
