Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Thorin, King of Durin's Folk leads a Boros Dwarf/Equipment deck that turns every Dwarf entering and every successful attack into Treasures. The primary plan is to establish Thorin, chain cheap Dwarves and token generators, and use the resulting artifact tokens to pump the team through Thorin's anthem while Dain of the Ancient Halls drains all opponents on attack. A secondary Equipment-voltron line uses Forge Anew, Mithril Coat, and Thorin, Mountain-king to make one Dwarf a lethal, protected threat. The 'enduring story' keyword lets Kili, Fili, and Bifur provide extra draw, tokens, and triggers. There is no true hidden commander; Dain is the preferred alternate win condition.
