Deck overview

The deck uses Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow as a combat-based draw and life-loss engine. Small evasive creatures attack first, then commander ninjutsu and other ninjutsu abilities turn successful connections into extra cards, Treasures, and repeated damage. Satoru Umezawa improves selection, while Prosperous Thief, Oroku Saki, Shredder Rising, and Locke Cole reward continued attacks. The deck has a reasonable suite of counters and creature removal, but many lands enter tapped and it has little acceleration or tutoring. Its ordinary plan assembles around turn 4 and becomes a must-answer recurring attack around turn 6. It does not have a deterministic combo or a reliable all-opponents finish: damage depends on combat connections and variable top-card mana values. The strongest alternate threat is Etrata, the Silencer, but it is slow and only eliminates players one at a time. This is a general mid-power tempo deck rather than a competitive fast-combo or control build.
