Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a mono-blue library-mill Commander deck led by Bruvac the Grandiloquent. Its primary plan is to develop cheap mill and draw engines, then let Bruvac double a large effect or finish with a kicked Maddening Cacophony that mills all opponents out at once. Secondary routes use Fraying Sanity with Traumatize, Kitsune's Technique, or Terisian Mindbreaker for targeted kills, while Jace, Wielder of Mysteries can win after self-decking. The Mindskinner is the hidden commander: its unblockable 10-power attacks prevent damage and mill each opponent, but need several attacks. Bruvac is single-faced, so no second commander face applies; the deck is built to use Bruvac rather than The Mindskinner.
