Helga, Skittish Seer leads a Bant creature-ramp deck that accelerates into expensive creatures, draws cards off each one, and turns that mana and card advantage into overwhelming board presence. The deck's primary plan is to cast Helga on turn 2 or 3, then use her mana ability to chain 4+ mana creatures, drawing cards and growing Helga.
