marchesa manabox by mariox8151

Format: Commander

Commander: Marchesa, the Black Rose

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Marchesa, the Black Rose turns dethrone counters into a repeatable recursion engine. The primary plan is to land Marchesa, sacrifice value creatures that carry +1/+1 counters, and either grind opponents out with Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, or Kokusho triggers or assemble a persist/undying loop. The secondary path is an aristocrats drain build where Goblin Bombardment, Mayhem Devil, and Syr Konrad convert every death into damage. No double-faced commander is used; the deck is built entirely around the black rose's end-step recursion and dethrone counter generation. It wins through infinite Murderous Redcap ETB loops or repeated Kokusho sacrificing, with Satoru and River Kelpie providing extra draw from the combo.
