Commander: Thorin, King of Durin's Folk

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Boros Dwarf-tribal deck built around Thorin, King of Durin's Folk: every Dwarf entering makes a Treasure, and Thorin turns artifact tokens into a global power buff. Magda, Cadric, Mondrak, and Molten Echoes multiply both Dwarf count and Treasure output, so the deck wins through one overwhelming combat turn rather than incremental damage. The commander is the linchpin, but Magda acts as a hidden commander, cashing five Treasures to cheat Hellkite Tyrant or Goldspan Dragon into play. No double-faced commander appears; the single-faced Thorin is the primary engine and finisher. Backup reach comes from Dain of the Ancient Halls, Smaug, Torbran, and a Sunforger toolbox for instant-speed answers.
