Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos spellslinger burn strategy commanded by Black Waltz No. 3. The game plan centers on deploying the commander alongside redundant pingers such as Kessig Flamebreather and Coruscation Mage, converting every noncreature spell into direct damage against each opponent.
