Deck overview

This Esper deck combines political group-hug mechanics with asymmetric hand-size punishment. In the early game, it accelerates mana using low-cost mana rocks to cast The Second Doctor and Vislor Turlough. By providing extra card draw to all players, The Second Doctor disincentivizes attacks against you while filling opposing hands. Vislor Turlough is donated to an opponent to deal direct life loss based on their hand size. As hands swell to maximum capacity, the deck transitions into lethal pressure on Turn 6 using cards like Price of Knowledge, Viseling, and Psychosis Crawler. Pillowfort elements such as Nils, Discipline Enforcer, Orzhov Advokist, and Promise of Loyalty redirect opposing aggression away from you while the passive damage burns the table down over three turn rotations, culminating in a win around Turn 9.
