Deck overview

Bard, King of Dale is a token-and-draw multiplier at the helm of an Azorius go-wide deck. The primary plan is to land Bard, then compound token creation with Horn of Gondor, Adeline, and Elspeth, while drawing extra cards from Caretaker's Talent, Coastal Piracy, and Shorikai. Secondary paths are the Halo Fountain alternate win and an Intruder Alarm + Shorikai + Thraben Doomsayer loop that makes infinite tokens and draws into the Fountain. Approach of the Second Sun with Mystical Tutor and Narset's Reversal is a mana-hungry backup. Shorikai acts as a hidden commander, providing card advantage and a combo piece. The deck is moderately dependent on Bard; other doublers and engines keep it functional if he is removed.
