Deck overview

This Boros artifact value deck is helmed by Arbaaz Mir, a 2/2 commander that deals 1 damage to each opponent and gains 1 life whenever a historic permanent enters the battlefield. The deck is built around a dense core of cheap artifacts, mana rocks, and legendary permanents, aiming to flood the board with historic spells and multiply Arbaaz's trigger via cards like Delney, Streetwise Lookout, Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines, Panharmonicon, Gandalf the White, and Roaming Throne. The primary win condition is either accumulating enough life from Arbaaz's triggers to fire Aetherflux Reservoir for 50 damage, or simply dealing lethal damage to the table by chaining many historic permanents in a single turn.
