MARKOV B2 by Maloydeus

Format: Commander

Commander: Edgar Markov

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Edgar Markov is a Mardu Vampire swarming deck: cheap Vampires and Eminence tokens build a wide board, then anthem effects and Shared Animosity turn that board into a one-swing kill. The commander is the pump engine rather than a standalone combo piece; the deck also has a secondary aristocrat drain package (Blood Artist, Cruel Celebrant, Goblin Bombardment, Sanctum Seeker) that wins in parallel with combat. DFC cards like Edgar, Charmed Groom and Bloodline Keeper act as extra lords/recursion. There is no infinite combo: Exquisite Blood and Bloodthirsty Conqueror duplicate lifegain only. Protection instants (Boros Charm, Akroma's Will, And They Shall Know No Fear) and evasion close games. The deck is interactive enough for creature tables but has no counterspells.
