Deck overview

This Selesnya deck is led by Trelasarra, Moon Dancer, combining low-cost lifegain engines with aggressive +1/+1 counter scaling. The early game focuses on deploying ramp auras like Wild Growth and Utopia Sprawl, followed by casting Trelasarra on Turn 2. The midgame leverages passive lifegain sources—including creature-entry triggers like Aunt May and Impassioned Orator, upkeep triggers from Ajani's Mantra, and landfall triggers from Grazing Gladehart—to rapidly grow the commander while using Trelasarra's scry ability to smooth out upcoming draws. The deck aims to close the game through massive commander damage facilitated by evasion auras like Shield of the Oversoul and Unflinching Courage, an alternate win condition via Felidar Sovereign, or an infinite lifegain and counter loop using Spike Feeder paired with Light of Promise or Heroic Feast.
