This Bant midrange deck is built entirely around the unique mechanic of Perrie, the Pulverizer, which scales its combat buff based on the number of distinct counter types among permanents you control. Rather than focusing solely on +1/+1 counters, the list incorporates a massive variety of niche counter mechanics including lore, javelin, verse, sleight, dream, and charge counters. Early turns focus on deploying diverse low-cost permanents and utility lands, followed by casting Perrie on Turn 4. Once assembled, Perrie swings with trample and massive power buffs to eliminate opponents sequentially via commander damage. The deck features built-in resilience through shield counters, The Ozolith, and Resourceful Defense, which retain accumulated counters through removal. Alternate win routes include summoning Marit Lage via Dark Depths and Thespian's Stage or growing threats like Hexdrinker.
