Deck overview

This Naya Commander deck commands Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER at the head of a fast, synergistic Equipment Voltron shell. The deck pairs early mana acceleration and low-cost equipment with Cloud's haste and free attachment ability to establish an immediate high-power combat threat on Turn 4. Hitting the 7-power threshold with equipment like Colossus Hammer, Hero's Blade, or Wrecking Ball Arm triggers Cloud's card draw and Treasure generation, creating a self-fueling engine that maintains velocity while applying lethal commander damage. A robust suite of equipment tutors ensures quick access to key pieces, while tutorable defensive tools like Mithril Coat, Conqueror's Flail, and Champion's Helm shield the commander from opposing disruption. Secondary threats including Vincent, Vengeful Atoner, Tifa, Martial Artist, and Cloud, Planet's Champion provide resilient backup combat plans if the commander is removed.
