Deck overview

This Rakdos deck centers on The Great Goblin, turning counter placement and Goblin deaths into a relentless engine of direct damage and impulse card draw. The early game focuses on deploying low-cost mana acceleration, Goblin fodder, and counter enablers such as Metallic Mimic, Gev, Scaled Scorch, and Mogg War Marshal. Once the commander resolves, every sacrificed or traded creature exiles fresh cards to maintain card advantage while pinging opponents. The deck transitions into a lethal threat by Turn 5 using exponential token generation from Krenko, Mob Boss, mass reanimation with Bloodline Bidding, or assembling a self-sustaining infinite damage loop with Metallic Mimic and Murderous Redcap. While lacking stack interaction to counter opposing spells, the list boasts high recovery velocity, instant-speed sacrifice outlets, and versatile creature removal.
