Commander: Gandalf, Party Guest

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Gandalf, Party Guest leads a Jeskai spellslinger deck that cheats big instants and sorceries at combat. You build a board of legendary Wizards like Baral, Azami, and Kaza to raise X, then cast high-impact sorceries for free. The main path is token swarm from Kykar, Talrand, and Rite of the Dragoncaller, finished with extra combats or extra turns. Secondary wins are Approach of the Second Sun looped with Narset's Reversal and Return the Favor, and Niv-Mizzet, Parun paired with Niv-Mizzet, Visionary for draw-based damage. Gandalf accelerates but does not enable the combos, so the deck can win without him by hard-casting its payoffs.
