Deck overview

This mono-blue spellslinger deck is built around Geralf, the Fleshwright. It uses low-cost artifacts, cantrips, and cost reducers to cast multiple spells each turn. Each spell cast after the first generates a Zombie Rogue token that enters with +1/+1 counters equal to the number of other Zombies that entered that turn. This snowball effect creates an exponentially scaling army from ordinary utility spells. The deck uses single-mana protection spells like Shore Up and Magic Damper to keep Geralf safe from spot removal while setting up an explosive turn. Once a wide and tall board is assembled, evasion enablers such as Herald of Secret Streams, Waterbender Ascension, and Rogue's Passage ensure attacks bypass blockers to eliminate opponents over two combat steps. The deck is vulnerable to mass sweepers, but its efficient draw spells and low mana curve provide consistent execution.
